Our Moneyflow OTC (MOTC) system is used by investors in managed U.S. stock funds that track with the NASDAQ Composite Index .  Since 1995, the system's buy and sell signals have been especially valuable for banking gains and reducing risk in retirement accounts.  The importance of moving assets to the safety of money market funds during several bearish periods is dramatically proven by a simple fact.  The NASDAQ Composite  -- the most representative index of U.S. stock fund performance -- was down 56% on the eighth anniversary of its all time high.

Our Moneyflow NDX (MNDX) system is used for trading NASDAQ 100 index funds.

Buy and sell signals are defined by percentage readings on a variety of price trend and momentum formulas.  "Sell" means move to the safety of a money market fund because risk of holding stock funds has become very high.

A $40 trial subscription brings you our weekly e-mailed newsletter and use of our two systems on your home PC for a six month trial period.   (Microsoft Excel for PC or Mac required for our computerized programs.)

Performance **

In 12.7 years of service, we handily disproved the lie, "You can't time the market."  The NASDAQ Composite gained 143%.  By using our MOTC system's typical buy and sell signals -- e-mailed to subscribers  -- the profit was nearly doubled to 281%.

By our count, The Hulbert Financial Digest has tracked 108 market timing systems for the all important 10 year evaluation period.  Only 19 beat the benchmark index when timing was applied.  For the years 1998 through 2007, the NASDAQ Composite average annualized gain has been 6.81%.  Like the top 10% of Hulbert's best performing systems, we beat our benchmark index by far with an annualized average return of 9.53%. *

 * We define money flow in terms of price (only):  Price change, momentum, range and volatility, for example.  For simplicity sake, we refer to all such formulas as trend identifiers.  We agree with Michael Covel that price is the basis for Trend Following.  However, we seem to disagree with him due to learning that:  1)  Massaging price with sophisticated formulas is a way to increase gains while reducing risk;  2)  Since investment vehicles have different, long recognized volatility personalities, we should not expect the same price parameters to apply to all investments or indexes; 3)  Our composite moneyflow systems  -- by being optimized for efficiency under a variety of market conditions -- do NOT deserve the pejorative label, "over-optimized"; and 4)  Asking investors to trust portfolio management tools which require us to endure agonizing drops in values, regardless of eventual recoveries, is an unrealistic expectation and a disservice.

We are probably the only service that dares to report model portfolio performance for all data available and for all key criteria by taking advantage of the power of ULTRA Financial Systems software.  No guarantee of any kind or personal investment advice is implied by the content of anything we publish.  No system publisher can guarantee future performance based upon system tests or past performance.  Please note that even the best market timing systems take turns working best.  Of course, no market timing system works as well in real time as in tests because market history repeats itself -- but with infinite variety.  This service has no affiliation with any companies, products or services to which we refer.  Disclaimer
